About a week ago I commented on Sarah Dunant's website about In the Company of the Courtesan (Courtney also commented) and today I went to check back and she answered us! Here is her message (very encouraging!): Sarah Dunant: Thank you, Courtney and Deb. I too am a great fan of Tom Hollander and have heard many such comments about his reading of In the Company of the Courtesan. I will pass on your thoughts to the people who produced the audio version as I am sure he would like to hear it.
Alas, I fear the next one - whatever it is to be called ... will have to be in the voice of a woman - unless Tom can get inside the head of nuns - but I have other friends who are writers and have recommended Tom to them. Sarah
Of course Tom can get inside the heads of nuns! Note: If you go to the link above and it looks blank just reload the page.
