Hello. Anyone know if they put the review of the third episode? There are reviews here: Press Clippings They also have an Episode guide so you can see what is coming up. Did you mean to title this thread "Rev. 4"? that is not until next week. BTW I am going to move this post out of the Video Interviews thread and over to the Rev.

But while Episode 4 is knocking about, accidental or otherwise, I can't wait for Hugh Bonneville next week!
I thought this week's episode showed great insight into Adam's and Alex's relationship: even though he is defintitely a bit twitterpated by the headmistress, Alex responds to his dealings with her (and the strip club for that matter) with little more than mild amusement. They obviously have a solid foundation and a clear trust between them. I think it's a very realistic portrayal of a modern relationship. It's impossible not to be occasionally attracted to people outside of your own, but the ability to recognize why you've chosen your partner and be comfortable enough to trust and be trusted is a beautiful—and necessary—thing.
Of course, he could cheat on her in the next episode and then my analysis will be blown to bits like the Endeavour.

And I agree completely about the relationship openness. The show is very *real*. If you have not seen the interviews with Olivia you might check it out. She talks about how Alex and Ellie are good friends and she knows that Adam has a crush on him. It is very funny. Here are the interviews: Olivia Colman Tom Ellen Thomas Steve Evets FYI If you have the VPNUK you will need to connect.
