I have decided that Ineko is our "Voice from the Future" ! Because she seems to get these alerts so far in advance. I think you are 15 hours ahead of me Ineko! hehe. Thanks for the awesome find! I will update Thomagination tonight. I am at work at the moment. Too bad he is not James Bond. He could have done that so well. Toby is a good choice too though. What a great cast! Don is even excited (he has a huge crush on Rosamund). Also great news that Hugh Bonneville will be in an episode of Handle with Prayer: Episode 2 of a 6 part series for BBC2 Tom Hollander plays Adam Smallbone, a vicar striving to do good in an inner city parish. Hugh guests as Roland Wise, Adam's former colleague at Theological College. Hugh and...it is now listed on IMDb!

So excited for Bond and especially for Hugh on Handle with Prayer! I think he's super talented and he and Tom work really well together.

I will update Thomagination tonight. I am at work at the moment. Thanks for the honour! "Voice from the Future", it sounds really lovely. Hehe. It is usually tough to live in Japan as a fan of Tom because of the difference of language, very long distance, etc. But if it depends on the time difference that I can find news on Tom faster than others, maybe it is not so bad, at least in one way. I also thanks for the info about Mr Hugh. I found that information on IMDb a few days ago, but I wasn't sure if it is truth. You know, Sometimes there are some rumors in IMDb. But now, I'm sure about that news and happy to know that he will play with Tom again! I can't wait to see the HWP! (I love Freezing, I can't understand its English completely though. I hope the BBC will eventually release the DVD some day. With English subtitles! ;D )

Faeriequeen (Thank you, G!)found this nice pic of the cast of Goldfinger which will be airing on BBC Radio 4 on April 3 (Easter Weekend). Here's the link to the Ian Fleming site. Even my hubby Don was excited. He has more than a tiny crush on Rosamund Pike.

I absolutely LOVE the picture!! (I like the detail on the collar on Tom's shirt.) Question: is the guy in the black shirt standing to the left of Tom the guy from Cambridge Spies by any chance?
Great job Ineko!!!

Great job Ineko!!! Although Ineko originally found the info about the play it was faeriequeen (who has not been here for awhile) that sent me the picture. I gave her the credit since she could not make it over here to post. And yes, that is Toby Stephens from Cambridge Spies. He will be playing the role of James Bond. Ian McKellen is Goldfinger, Rosamund Pike is Pussy Galore and Tom is Mr. Strap. To be honest I do not remember a Mr. Strap when I read the book but that was a lonnnnnnnnnng time ago and he was probably not in the film.

Question: is the guy in the black shirt standing to the left of Tom the guy from Cambridge Spies by any chance? Yes, he is Toby Stephens. A English actor too. He was Adrian Philby of Cambridge Spies (2003)

Don't forget to listen to Goldfinger tomorrow (Saturday). Anyone can listen to BBC Radio and for 7 days after as well. It will be on Radio 4 and I am pretty certain it is at 2:30 pm on the Saturday Play. I updated the link to go directly to the Saturday Play.
