Stephen Colbert just mentioned it one his show as an example of a good movie!!!
He also mentioned that Tom Cruise "must play a Nazi Pirate" and that "good Nazis are the ultimate aphrodisiac" and I have to agree when they're played by Tom H.

I just hope that our Tom's screen time is more than just what we have seen in the trailer! Too bad we have to wait so long to find out. |

Im actually really excited about this film..1. obviously because Toms in it, 2. Bill Nighy...yay!...3. Kenneth Branagh...always a treat, but unfortunately having to sit through 2 hrs of Tom Cruise will suck to no end.... but..eh...it will be worth it for the story and the other actors....lol..

i can't stand tom cruise - my friends keeps saying im sad for wanting to see it so have to remind them its tom i'm going to see it for not tom cruise

I agree! Tom Cruise gives me the chronics...not literally of course. But the cast is splendid, the topic fascinating and Tom H...well, he's just delicious. I'm eagerly waiting for the trailer to hit Australian theatres... |

Aww, I must be the only one who can enjoy Tom Cruise now and then. I used to not like him that much, but then I saw The Last Samurai and he was simply awesome in that.
However, Valkyrie did get a wonderful review on AICN, did anyone else see that?

I'm actually quite looking forward to this movie because of Tom and Kenneth. And I love how Cruise isn't even TRYING to sound German...::rolls eyes::

I had not seen that one before. Even though I can't really tolerate TC's acting and I hate these kind of movies, I have to say I am getting anxious.
